Automatically start NetMeeting or digital media with the meeting reminder

If you plan to use Microsoft Windows NetMeeting or Windows Media Services for an online meeting, you can choose to start NetMeeting or play the digital media content when the meeting reminder appears to each participant.

Note  This procedure requires Microsoft NetMeeting version 2.1 or later or a program that plays digital media content, such as Windows Media Player.

1. Create or open an online meeting request.
2. Select one of the following check boxes:
   • Automatically start NetMeeting with Reminder
   • Automatically start Windows Media with Reminder

   To change the amount of time before the online meeting when you want the reminder to appear, select a time in the Reminder box. By default, the reminder appears 15 minutes before the online meeting is scheduled to start.
